We are In-Network with Pacific Source Medicaid, Majoris, Motor Vehicle Accident, Optum and Three Rivers Provider network plans in Oregon. If you are in a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) or have a Workman’s Comp claim a doctor’s referral could be required.
