Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments without notice, may result in:
- A $50 missed appointment fee, which is not covered by insurance
- Being limited to scheduling same-day appointments
- Dismissal from the practice if missed appointments continue
