With over seven years of experience in office management, Lydia is dedicated to helping clients feel their best through efficient, compassionate support. At Earth-Moon Acupuncture, she ensures the smooth day-to-day operations, assisting clients in navigating their wellness journeys. Lydia’s passion for holistic care extends beyond her professional role, having spent four years as an in-home caretaker, where she learned the importance of individualized attention and emotional well-being.
Outside of work, Lydia is an avid artist and enjoys creating intricate Dungeons & Dragons miniatures. She is also a strong advocate for mental health awareness and strives to create a supportive environment for both clients and colleagues.

Lydia is a creative force! Not only does she love to craft, paint, and create, but her vibrant murals can be spotted throughout Salem, adding a unique touch to the city’s art scene!
Jadzia Beard

Bio
Jadzia has been with Earth-Moon for nine months, beginning her journey at the front desk before transitioning to the billing department, where she now supports organization and patient account management. Currently finishing her degree in Health Information Management, Jadzia brings a strong understanding of the complexities of health insurance and patient accounts to her role. Outside of work, she’s an avid reader who proudly identifies as a bookworm. She also enjoys living an active lifestyle, often spending her free time hiking, kayaking, or attending barre classes at a local studio.
Fun Fact
Jadzia loves learning about local ecology during her outdoor adventures and hopes to one day backpack through the breathtaking trails of Cinque Terre in Italy!
Zach Ransom

Zach is one of the friendly faces you’ll see at our front desk and a key part of Earth-Moon’s daily rhythm. In addition to welcoming patients and coordinating appointments, he supports our treatment rooms as an attentive room assistant and manages many of our tech needs behind the scenes.
With a background as a pharmacy technician, Zach brings valuable experience in patient care and a strong eye for detail. His energy, adaptability, and problem-solving skills help keep the clinic running smoothly and patients feeling supported.
Fun Fact
Zach is a talented multi-instrumentalist who plays the trumpet, baritone, tuba, and didgeridoo. His musical journey began in 5th grade and continued through high school, where he played in the marching band.
Becca Ballard

Becca brings years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, and customer service, with a passion for creating organized, efficient systems that support both her team and clients. Known for her attention to detail and approachable nature, Becca believes in doing work with both integrity and heart.
Outside the office, she’s a proud mom and grandma, a former business owner, and someone who values meaningful connections, good conversation, and a balanced life. Whether she’s managing numbers or nurturing relationships, Becca shows up with dedication, empathy, and a touch of humor.
Fun Fact
Becca spent 8 years running her own small family hobby farm, where she raised everything from chickens, ducks & turkeys to cows, pigs and sheep. But her favorites were always her fainting goats. She was even registered with the Myotonic Goat Registry, proudly operating under the farm name Domino Effect Fainters
