Facial cupping is great for reducing wrinkles and increasing healthy blood flow to the face. It can help to brighten the skin by evening out color.
It also has a lymphatic and light sinus release benefit.
The facial cupping session is 45 minutes long. We will discuss your goals and what you want to achieve with this treatment before the session starts. The treatment includes working the face, neck, and just below the clavicle. The massage ends with a warm compress for the neck, and hot stone facial massage.
The use of small, silicone facial cups won’t leave any discoloration of the skin like traditional cupping.
Drinking water after a massage treatment is always recommended, and especially after a cupping or gua sha.
A glass of room-temp water or two should be sufficient to help relieve any extra muscle tension and help to keep your body moving and working internally to clear out old energy.
